3. Equipment composition
Complete set of equipment for Secondary CNG filling station includes: CNG dispensing pole, CNG compressor, Sequential control panel, CNG storage bottles group, CNG Dispenser, PLC control system. The following will describe the six Parts of equipment in detail.
3.1 CNG compressor
1）CNG compression system profile：CNG compression system main includes CNG compressor, Cooling and lubricating system, PLC control system. Compressor is the core of the filling station, It compresses NG to CNG.
2）Technical parameters
Structural style: air cooling、piston style
Working pressure: 25MPa
Inlet temperature: ≤30℃
Outlet temperature: ≤ambient temperature +15℃
Capacity: 500Nm3/h
Electrical parameters：380V 45KW(Air cooler: 7KW)
3.2 CNG storage bottles group
1）CNG storage bottles group’s function：It can improving the stability of the filling system and technical reliability effectively, Greatly improve the efficiency of the system; Equipped with storage bottles group, The compressor can have an opportunity to stop when the system are working. When the storage bottles group is filled with gas, storage bottles group supplies CNG first, when the gas in the storage bottles group is not enough, restarting the CNG compressor。This can shorten the working time of the compressor, reduce the wear of the equipment and prolong the service life. The capacity of the storage bottles group is much larger, and its effect is more obvious.
2）Technical parameter

Working pressure：25MPa
Design pressure：27.5MPa
Design temperature：-40℃～60℃
Volume of storage bottles group：1.13×3=3.39m3
The number of steel bottles in the storage bottles group is 3, Material is 4130X, block valve set in each cylinder. Pressure relief protection device set up in CNG storage bottle group, So as to quickly discharge the gas from the storage bottles group. The equipment has 3 outlet. The ratio is 1:1:1. every cylinder group contains supporting frame.
